We want you and your pets to love your Lazvly experience. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
  1. Returns You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened bottles of foaming soap or used bubble bath machines (unless defective) may not be eligible for a full refund.
  4. Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
